No it is not necessary to qualify KCET for NEET MBBS seat,.
For obtaining a medical seat or MBBS seat you have score good marks in the NEET exam then you will get a MBBS seat. KCET exam is the Karnataka state level entrance exam for getting admissions

The kcet cutoff for B.Pharma has not yet published. The Karnataka Examination Authority will release the cut off after the end of the counselling round. The cut off will be different for each course, each category and even for the each round of counselling.
