i have scored 83% in board exam and 100 marks in kcet wiply i get veterinary seat in government college

You have scored 83% in board exam and hundred in k CET entrance examination.

For KCT entrance examination of Karnataka state level is is off 180 marks. Out of which 60 in each subject of chemistry physics and biology for veterinary or bvsc courses.

The selection in the college depends on various reasons such as students response to colleges, number of candidates, your category, residence, reservation etc.
Given your rank and previous year cut off you can surely opt for AIET and SDMIT for counselling and hope for the best.

Karnataka Examination authority (KEA) hasn't announced the cut off or when it will be released yet. It will be released in opening rank and closing rank.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category. you did not mention about your category, considering you as general , at this score you have less chances in bsc agriculture / agriculture engineering course
