But you can surrender your seats once after the intimation with the Board member or by a letter format.

No, after the second extended round this will affect you. You can ofcourse surrender the seat but as per their rules every year, you won't get any refund as the amound remains forfeited if you decide to leave a seat alotted in second extended round. So, decide wisely.

For participating in the second extended round you might need to pay fee for the counselling session good luck

For getting into computer science your rank should be less than 150-200.

For getting digital communications you should get below 300 rank.

Ku college has other branches like structural engineering also for them its below 700.

So aim high if you are in computer science
