I'm sorry but you cannot get a seat at AIIMS with this score. The cut off of AIIMS MBBS 2019 is the minimum required percentage which needs to be scored in order to qualify for the exam.

Yes you can get a seat in top colleges as you have reservation quota and supernumery quota. It might be difficult to get CS EC in RV, MS ramaiah, BMS and pes but you do have chance to take up these branches

If you belong to general merit with 15247 rank then it is quite difficult to get into top colleges but yes you sure will get into any good college. If you still want to go for top colleges then you might loose your chance to select the desired

Don't worry. If you have not received your income certificate then you need to carry the receipt which you had been given after successful completion of the application form for income certificate.

Take the receipt along with other certificates and talk to the concerned verification authority, they will definitely agree

The ranking you have mentioned is simply not enough to get you into veterinary colleges. You would require atleast a ranking within 8k or so. With reservations, one should have ranking within 10k. These were the last year trends. I suppose you should try any other courses and

For your rank, you are eligible to get a seat in top 5 colleges if you do not have a preferred branch. Though you might get the top branches in these colleges. Adding on, if you have sports quota then you have
