We are sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Please note that the fee reciept is required for KCET counselling 2019. The oher required documents are:

• Print out of KCET 2019 Application Form
• Proof of Application Fee Payment
• KCET 2019 Admit Card
• SSLC/10th Standard Marks Card

Hello aspirant, both of them has no link with each other. Not announcing KCET rank will not affect your NEET Counselling. So no need to worry.
