Hello, Nagarjuna. There's no document test for kcet counselling. You should apply for kcet counselling by paying counselling fees online in the official website. Then you are required to do the verification process, then you are provided dates for kcet seat allotment according to kcet ranks. All the best.

With a ranking of 21k, it is pretty difficult to get a seat in a veterinary college in the state. Veterinary colleges demand a ranking within 8k to 10k including reservations. I suppose you keep your options open
