Documents verification process requires a photocopy of the documents. If anything is required in color, that will be mentioned in the official KCET website. As far as one would know, a photocopy, (be it black and white or color) is required by the officials.

With the rank you have received, it is pretty difficult to get admitted to a veterinary college. The cut-off ranks would be within 8k. I suggest you to try other courses as waiting for a veterinary seat might not fetch a fruit.
