Karnataka examinations authority conducts counselling process , counselling process will be given. Entire process of counselling will be done online . Documents verification will be done offline , every district is having a centre , there you need to appear for documents verification process.

• Candidates must be a citizen of India
• Candidates must have passed 2nd PUC/Class 12/equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects
• Along with the compulsory subjects, candidates must have anyone optional subjects - Biology/Chemistry/Bio-Technology/ Electronics/Computer

Documents verification process requires a photocopy of the documents. If anything is required in color, that will be mentioned in the official KCET website. As far as one would know, a photocopy, (be it black and white or color) is required by the officials.

With the rank you have received, it is pretty difficult to get admitted to a veterinary college. The cut-off ranks would be within 8k. I suggest you to try other courses as waiting for a veterinary seat might not fetch a fruit.
