I think you won't be able to get CSE in any college with that rank. Try some other branches. maybe you can get any other stream but still it's difficult.But try hard.

other than that, there is quite less possibility.

In all India the total seats are just 400 - 500 for this course . A rank of 1700 - 1800 will assure you a seat for BVSc in General merit . With a 94% in pcb , a score of 140+ is safe to get admission into
