Hope you are doing good.There is no any connection between jee mains and kcet rankings. Both are different entrance exams. Jee mains is for all india ranking and to get through nits but kcet is for karnataka entrance exam to get seat in karantaka colleges.

KCET is not for diploma students .You are not eligible.

1.Nationality

Hello aspirant. 

Only 5% seats are available for supernumerary quota in all engineering colleges. There is not particular cut off rank for snr quota so I can't say whether you will get a seat or not
