My score is 497,My category is 2A ,Hyderabad-Karnataka Will I get seat in Karnataka government college?
Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But based on the analysis of the experts, on the and going by previous years data, Government Medical Colleges are difficult. You might get a seat in Government Quota of Private Medical Colleges like:
KIMS
B.R. Ambedkar Medical College
MS Ramaiah
Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For general category student you cannot get into all India quota 15% but you have chances to get into 85% state quota of karnataka in the following colleges
- Khwaja Bande Nawaz Institute Of Medical Sciences, Gulbarga
- Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellur, Mandya Dist.
You can also try for other colleges in the counselling rounds.
