Yes, There is supernumerary quota in the Karnataka PGCET, you will automatically get qualified for these quota based on the basics of rank you have got and cutoff of the college you are applying. The government has allotted 5% of seats in each branch of almost all colleges

When you try to apply for 2nd counseling it will ask you to pay particular amount for securing seat in previous alloted college.
