You have a good rank and your chances are also high to get an admission. If you are non karnataka then you can go for open state category admission. There is no specific cutoff list given by different colleges to suggest you one as per your rank.

If you come under -1 category, kindly fill that in PGCET. If you want you can take admission under GM category, but do fill for -1. You might get the benefit of your category as well as it will be easier for you to get better options to
