Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released KCET seat allotment 2019 for spot round on August 21 for left out seats. Candidates have to confirm their allotment, pay the fees and download their admission order between August 21 and 22. After confirmation, candidates will have to report to the allotted college

You have a good rank and your chances are also high to get an admission. If you are non karnataka then you can go for open state category admission. There is no specific cutoff list given by different colleges to suggest you one as per your rank.
