Difficult to predict 

While checking across previous years results I found a student who scored 59/100 in 2017 had gotten 2201 rank and other student in same year had got 5038 rank for 53/100 meanwhile other student who scored 50/100 in 2018 has got 175th rank and one more guy

Well as far as I know and as per the rules and regulations, a student should and must attend the counseling on the date he or she is alloted to attend or the list mentions to come for counselling.
