See the thing with the ranks is that they keep on changing i.e. the trends vary every year on the basis of difficulty level of the exams and number of students that took the exam. Still your score is not very high you should expect a rank around

PGCET was conducted by KEA of Karnataka,and the results were declared on 2nd August 2019.Now it is difficult ot predict the ranks basd upon the marks obtained by the candidate because there are many factors which may change the rank allotment for a paticular candidate with respect to the last

For 39/100 marks in Karnataka PGCET examination, for Mtech, you would most probably get a rank above 15000. There is a slight chance of coming within the top 15K, though. So hope for the best.
