Thanks for your query. Would like to inform that the last date to submit completed Karnataka PGCET 2018 online application form was June 10, 2018. The official brochure does not mention anything about the application editing dates, so it may or may not be having the option to
if yopu did not carry the application form along with you ,then you will not allowed in the examinatin hall even if you have remembered your application number. kindly carry this along with you. all the best have a great future ahead.

You were born in Tamil Nadu which gives you the eligibility relaxation for the reservations based on SC/ST for Karnataka PGCET 2018.
Doing your college from another state won't make any difference in your state reservation
