You have to check the eligibility clauses during submission of application. If you satisfy any one of those, then you can apply for PGCET.

Dear Candidate,
No , of you are fresher then you don't have to provide but if you have dropped out then might be there is more chance to get good college if you will show them work experience. Otherwise there is no criteria like work experience is complisory .

Can non local apply for Karnataka pgcet?

Hi, Yes they can. Allotment of seats for Karnataka PGCET candidates will be 90% for Karnataka candidates and 10% for non Karnataka candidates. Even the reservation guidelines will be applicable only for Karnataka candidates rest all will be treated as general. Hope this helps.

Hi, As per the eligibilty criteria, Candidate should be residents of Karnataka or the parents of the applicants should have resided in the state for atleast seven years. The applicants should have also studied atleast seven years in one or more Government or Government recognized institutions of the state commencing
