I have got 67.9 percentile in jee mains session 1 and I have got 91 % in class 12th and I am a kashmiri migrant also. Will i get a good college in Pune?

Sevit Kar 7th Aug, 2022

Hello,

You procured 68 percentile approximately in jee mains session 1 and you also have category reservation but let me tell you that it's difficult to get a good college like coep, Pune, MIT Pune . I would suggest you to keep other colleges as a backup.

Certain conditions are considered while deciding the cut offs like choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

If you want to know about the colleges you can get , you can check out the link given below -

Hello

The NEET cut off of 2021 for kashmiri migrants, The regulatory authority, Jammu and Kashmir board of proffesional enterance Examination ( (JKBOPEE) is competent to release the J&K NEET cut offs 2021 after completion of all processes of Counselling. The preparation of the J&K MBBS cut offs will be done on the basis of the seat allotment.

Candidates note that Jammu & kashmir students do not take part in any centralized counseling session for 15% All India Quota seats. For J&K migrants the seats available in 3 states only i.e Uttrakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka States which offers wards for kashmiri migrants reservation.

For that you have to submit evidential documents signed by an authority not lesser than deputy commissioner or district magistrate. These are the state which help you out to get admission and counseling procedure.

Is there any chance with around 200 marks in NEET to get college through kashmiri migrant quota?

Sayan 18th Jul, 2022

Hello,

I'm sorry, but given the competition that is now taking place, I have to say no. Although it may sound harsh and impolite, making you any false promises would not benefit either you or me.

You already know your fate at this score because those who received 485-490 even struggle to find a spot for themselves in the all-India quota counselling. Private institutions are completely out of the question because the minimum tuition is somewhere between 50 and 60 lakhs.

Let's now discuss the possibilities available to you.

1. You can take a drop and prepare for next year if you like it.

2. Sticking with the BDS, BAMS, or BHMS doesn't sound like it would be very trustworthy, given these are subjects that are in decline and that few people dream about before choosing biology, unless they already have a pre-existing setup or background in. No matter what, medicine and dentistry will always be the purest profession.

Hello,

Since you have completed your 12th from Delhi, there are less chances of you getting to claim the Kashmir domicile for NEET UG 2022.

Here is the eligibility criteria - The following NEET domicile requirements must be met by applicants for JK MBBS/BDS admission in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh:

- The candidate must be a resident of the UT of J&K or Ladakh, as applicable;

- Additionally, a candidate must have earned a passing grade in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the state's upper secondary Part II (Class 12) or an equivalent exam from a recognized statutory Board or university.

Hope this helped!
