Hello Sanjay,
Only 3 states can't offers reserved seats for Kashmiri Migrants for medical courses admission like MBBS. The three states are Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka and Uttarakhand. At present there is no list of colleges offering this reservation. To get seat in these 3 states with this quota you have to provide documents and also get permission signed by atleast District Magistrate or Deputy Commissioner.
Hope this information helped you.
Thank you!!

Dear aspirant,
Yes, IIIT delhi and dtu provides seperate reservation for kashmiri migrants and yes they would get benefits from this as they would be able to grab a seat comparatively jee mains percentile but that also won't be easy. Nits doesn't provide any reservation but nit srinagar has home state quota like other nits.
Dear student,
Your JEE Mains rank will be in the range of 102300 - 115000. You can't get CSE in IIIT Delhi. You have chances to get seat in Private Engineering Colleges so try for it. You can also try for another attempt and prepare well for the exam.

Good Luck!!
As you all come outside Delhi state the cut off is tremendously high so atleast on a minimum case you need to score 99.4-99.5 percentile to get a seat in nsit . But still you should try to stay on a higher side to be safe.

Hello aspirant!
Congratulations on your percentile! I think your percentile is in the safe range for Kashmiri migrant quota in SIBM Pune. In the previous years it has been observed that it has been between 80-83 percentile. But it cannot be said for certain what it is going to be this year.
SIBM Pune is a great option for Kashmiri migrants. There are 2 seats available for this quota. SIBM Pune is known for supporting students with such backgrounds and provides equal opportunities for them to excel. Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR are the 4 specializations available here and the choice is not dependent on percentile or cutoff. Also, the student driven culture is a unique experience as the college prepares its students to be street smart along with book smart.
All the best!
Hi! you did not mention whether you want a seat through the all india quota (for 15% seats reserves for all india candidates) or for state counselling for 85% seats. You also did not mention which state you are applying for counselling to.
however, a generalised idea for the neet cutoff 2020 would be a safe score of 500+. this is because the level of the paper was easy.
Congratulations for your rank dear. You got 520 so you will get easily any government college with your kashmir migrant quota. But you know this year cutoff marks is high so competition also high. But don't worry I'll go for counselling hopefully you get a seat.
All the best.
