As you KMC Manipal is demeed University and management quota seats are filled by AIQ counseling. KMC Manipal have total 250 number of seats in which 52 seats are filled by Karnataka Government and 161 seats are filled by management quota and 37 seats are for NRI candidates. Management quota and NRI seats are filled through AIQ DEEMED UNIVERSITY counseling. If you belong to Karnataka state you can also apply for Karnataka Government seats.

As you live in South Delhi, the travelling to both colleges would be in a way similar to you. Between Kirori Mal College and Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, both are great options for Bcom Honours, while KMC has slightly better placement history as compared to Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College.
