Post Graduate fees for KMC manipal for M.D and other branches which comes around 57-58 lakh is the fees for 3 years, which is just the course fee.

For the hostel , there is seperate fees from 98,000 to 1,20,000 per year depending the rooms which the student is choosing.

Do you have a domicile for the particular state, in which you are seeking admission for MBBS ???

Because if you want to take admission through normal quota ( Indian national), then, you need to show the relevant documents at the time of counselling.

KMC Manipal is the oldest private medical colleges in Karnataka, it is one of the olest colleges in Karnataka, and is affiliated to Manipal Academy of Higher Education (Deemed University), Manipal and Approved by Medical Council of India (MCI).

For UG MBBS courses the intake is only 250 students,

Generally speaking, for MBBS courses your rank should be within 1233-25314  as per 2019 cut-offs. Cut-off will vary based on your caste and residence state.  Based on this your score should be around 550.

The seats in Private Medical Colleges are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities

Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that.
