There is no service bond available in these two colleges. Also there is no service bond in most of Deemed medical College
Although you will have to sign a bond for discontinuation of MBBS course. This means if you will leave the college in middle of the course you will have to pay whole tution fees according to that bond. Otherwise if you are studying and Don't leave the course in between then there is no bond for service in these two colleges.

First of all there is no reservations based on category as it is deemed University. So you will not get befit of SC category in this college.
Kasturba medical College, manipal is one of the best medical College to study medicine and it's come under top 10 medical College, so even being private colleges meritorious students choose this college over some govt medical College. So due to that reason it's cut off marks is usually high.
In NEET2021 lowest cut off ranks for KMC,manipal was AIR 41379 in second round of all india quota counseling for deemed University conducted by MCC. Marks was approximately 560-565 range. It's cut off rank got decreased in further in mop-up round and it was allocated upto 19k all india rank only.
It's cut off are usually 550+ marks for last three years, so if we see trends you have to score more than that for have your chances
