Dear Sayan, if you are from Kerala and you want to secure a seat in KMC, Manipal, you should try under their All India Quota. For OBC in the year 2018, the cut off was 468-465. Having said that cut off changes from year to year. It depends on various factors like no. of candidates appearing for the exam, no. of seats available, Top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Considering all this, your score shpuld be between 500-550 for a seat in KMC  Manipal.

  • The 1st installment fee is Rs 13,00,000.
  • 2nd installment fee is Rs 13,00,000.
  • 3rd installment fee is Rs 13,00,000.
  • 4th installment fee is Rs 13,00,000.
  • 5th installment fee is Rs 6,50,000.
  • The total course fee is Rs 58,50,000.

What is mimimum marks for enrollment in kasturba medical college

For admission in Kasturba Medical College, you should have passed your 12th examination from a recognized board with 50% marks individually in Phisics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology. The admission for the college will be further based on the rankings from NEET and the centralised common counselling conducted by DGHS.

Counselling for admission to all the PG seats of Deemed Universities will be conducted by MCC on the basis of merit of candidate in the NEET PG examination.


So, you had to apply for the NEET PG Counselling. First round of NEET PG Counselling has been completed, I hope you might have applied for the counselling.

Kasturba Medical College, Manipal is affiliated to Manipal University, Karnataka. It offers MBBS, MD, MS, M.Sc and PG Diploma in various disciplines of sciences. The application process is conducted online and done through NEET and KCET. The application dates are over.

Hi surya , from last year NEET PG counselling it is seen that , in All India quota , under general category , the last rank to get MD Radio diagnosis in kilpauk medical college was 274 and that in Stanley medical college was 254, and that of Madras Medical college was 31. I don't have details about the state counselling. Hope this helps..good luck.

Hey aspirant,

Kasturba Medical College, Manipal takes admission in MBBS ( Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery ) on the basis of valid rank obtained in NEET exam.

I'll provide you with few of the details of the College.


Duration:- 

4.5 years plus 1 year of compulsory rotating internship.


Eligibility criteria:-

General/Foreign/NRI category.

Passed 10+2/ A level/ IB/ American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English from Recognised Board, with a minimum of 50% marks individually in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology.


Fees structure:- Rs. 5,850,000

In addition to the above fees, Candidates need to pay a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 10,000 ( Indian ) along with the first Installment.


Admission Procedure:-

General Category:-

On the basis of the rank secured in the National Eligibility Entrance Test ( NEET ), 2019 and through can common counseling conducted by DGHS.


Foreign/ NRI Category:-

Same as for the general category and in addition a candidate who has foreign qualifications will have to obtain 'Equivalence Certificate' from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi who will equate their qualifications according to the Indian Demand.


Hence, you need to obtain relevant and valid rank through NEET exam in order to get admission in this College. NEET, 2019 exam is on May 5, 2019 and is taken offline ( pen and paper based ), so it means that the registration is already done and closed.

However, you could apply for NEET, 2020 in order to get enrolled into your dream college.
