Kasturba Medical College, Manipal
Hello, your score of 490 will not be able to get you an admission into the Stanley Medical College or KMC as both the college's require a score of 550 and above. As u have not mentioned your category, let's consider it to be Open category thus, making your chances of getting admissions very slim. There is a chance of getting admission in these colleges if you belong to any Reserved Category. Apart from these colleges there are many other Private or Government colleges in which you can secure your admission. Again, it is important to consider that there will be different cut off marks for different medical courses.

Neet is a very competitive examination and treated as the difficult of all other competitive exams because the cutoff for Neet is normally high. If you belong to unreserved category then I am really sorry to inform you that with 188 marks you cannot get a seat in government colleges. You should try for some alternative.

For getting into any government medical college, you should have a score of 550+ in NEET. Also, the competition for those seats in government colleges is very very high, so yes 550+ is the minimum requirement. But depending upon your category it may be variable. If you belong to SC/ST it should be 450+ or else it is 550+
