You have a chance in KMC Manipal so give it a shot. However, admission into St. Johns looks difficult especially if you don't have christian quota.
As per the last year cutoff based on this score the chances seems to be average to get a seat in Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences,Bangalore.

i am sorry but you might not get seat with 417 marks in kasturba medical college.
for obc, the cut off marks is 465 almost, although it is suggested to use the following college predictor.
