Hi
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then
With 189 marks, You have extremely low chance for MBBS seat in any of St John's medical college or CMC or Kasturba medical college
For example, In neet 2019, even for private quota seat in St John Medical College, Bangalore, the cut off marks was 528.
You can check the same at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
Similarly, Your chances are extremely low in CMC Vellore and Kasturba medical college
But yes ,
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted for 100 % deemed university seats :-
----------) Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital, Chennai:- 189 marks

----------) Santosh Medical College:- 167 marks
----------) ACS Medical college ,Chennai:- 167 marks
----------) Datta Meghe Nagpur:- 166 marks
And a few more
The average mbbs fee in above college is around 15 lakhs- 20 laks per annum

Hello,
Well as per last years cutoffs and closing rank its little difficult for you to get KMC. Last year KMC closed at rank of around 29k in round 1and in mopup round the closing rank rose till around 15k.
So with this rank its difficult. You can however try for other colleges under AIQ. You can get in some other government medical colleges.
I shall attach a link below for help:

All the best !
As per the previous year cutoffs trend at your rank you have good chances of getting admission in KMC Manipal. But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.
Hope you get some clarification.
