I think its cut-off will be 470–490. This is because, students’ will start taking Manipal seats once govt. seats are filled up. This usually happens at the above marks. Also, due to the huge fees, it might lower just a bit.Use below links for more information

The cut-off rank for KMC Mangalore in All India Quota Counselling for 2017 was AIQR 491574 after Round 2(not after Mop Up Round). In order to secure an admission, you must get atleast 510-520.
