MVJ College of Engineering, Bangalore

Bheemanna Khandre Institute of Technology, Bhalki

BMS College of Engineering - [BMSCE], Bangalore last year cutoff rank for Chemical engineering is 8761. So, you will not get admission in this college, because cutoff is higher.

Have u entered the marks in KEA WEBSITE SIR? Even my daughter has got compartment in chemistry as KEA mentioned only pass candidates should enter the marks in MARKS ENTRY PORTAL so we hav not entered the marks.

In 2020 , K CET date has been extended multiple times because of the spread of Corona virus. For now kcet 2020 is scheduled to be held on July 30 and July 31.

As the Covid 19 cases touching new peaks day by day , the number of active cases in Karnataka are 16,524   No one knows when the situation will get normal there fore keeping the current situation in the view it is possible that KEA posposes K CET ,2020 again.

The KCET 2020 hall ticket has not yet been released.

The hall ticket will be available for download 15 days before the exam date which will be around 15 July to 20 July since the exam is conducted on 30 and 31 July 2020

KCET rank will be calculated by considering the performances in KCET and QE (qualifying examination) as well.I will explain with an example ,let us assume that u have scored 131/180 in KCET and 288/300 in QE,then your % marks in KCET is 72.77% and in QE it is 96% now they will add this two( that is, the formula goes like this

Rank will be given

R={(%KCET+%QE)/200}×100

Then they will sort ,who has got more R(i have taken this ‘R’ for better understanding) value will get good rank.

And the rank to a particular ‘R’ value varies every year
