See, there's no relation as such between Neet and KCET counselling .  You can very well participate in Neet counselling.The All India counselling for NEET is to begin shortly followed by counselling of the various states .Document verification is only done during admission process into the college which you have been alloted through the counselling.

It is difficult to predict because cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like

*Number of students appeared in the exam

*Category

*Difficulty level of the exam

*Number of seats available, etc.

It is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture for your KCET Rank in GKVK College, Bangalore, based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get free seat then try for Management quota seats.

if you get college through kcet first you have to pay a small amount for confirming your seat once the seat is confirmed then you have to pay the college fee of first semester of any college that you get .

As  per your rank which is 29k it is quite advisable that you keep eyes on the previous year cut offs because it would be somewhat close to that. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of vacant seats in college,number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

If I had to check on a general basis then you are close to reva university and vidyavardaka Mysore .

Yes, you do have chances for procuring a seat in this college for the cse branch as you would get the benefit of the sc category. However there are other things that need to be considered like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

No. You can not get the seat in DSCE college for computer science engineering with your getting rank 23751.

DSCE college cut off rank for computer science engineering is 20300 rank. If you get the 20000 rank below this year then only they will accept the seat allotment otherwise not accepting any category rank to allotment in this college. As you mentioned in the question like SCG category but the college cut off rank is not matching your KCET rank.

You can get the seat in second extended round in all colleges as you mentioned in the question except UVCE college with your rank 29000.
