No, it is not at all mandatory to have any income-related documents for kcet only if you apply as a general category person otherwise for poor backgrounds it is crucial to avail benefits.

For availing of the benefits, you can submit an Attested copy of the ration card of the applicant. Residence proof (ration card, passport or bank passbook) Age proof (birth certificate or school certificate) Income details (affidavit from a notary, salary slip or Monthly Salary Certificate).

As you are a repeater, you can use your study certificate of the previous year for document verification because this certificate does not needs to be renewed like the income/caste certificate.

you applied for revaluation or re-totaling of your PUC or CET scores, new dates for documents verification will be provided for you to verify documents.

Because your new rank will be the same as other people's, you will be awarded the suffix G55.

As you have mentioned that your caste and income certificate was valid upto July and now it's October and your verification will be started.

If you will take my opinion apply for a new caste and income certificate so that even if you can't upload the valid certificate atleast it is possible that they would give you some time to upload the same.

Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like

*Number of students appeared in the exam

*Category

*Difficulty level of the exam

*Number of seats available, etc.

You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, do I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it. It is difficult to get B.Sc B Pharmacy seat for your KCET Rank as it is very high rank, based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get seat then try for Management quota seats.
