Congratulations for securing good marks in NEET 2019 as per your query as you belong to the 3A rural category and your a KARNATAKA resident so if some one got seat who's rank is 93700 Thier is a chance of getting the college in second round so just change the order of options that's it

To be honest, there is no way to know that the seats are filled. 

Suppose there are 10 seats and 20 students. In first round, top 10 students will be alloted the seat. However, there might be possibility that the 1st student gets a better college. So, he leaves his seat. In second round, the 11th student gets the seat. 

I guess this will help you out.

All information depends upon where you are searching it.

In careers360 website, the fees mentioned is of 4 years Btech combined whereas on some website they put it up semester wise.

So please comment down the source of information and I will confirm the rest for you.

So all  engineering colleges will have some seats reserved for snq quota . It depends on the rank , category,  income of parents of the candidate.  So you can avail snq quota at any college .

See it is rule in the JEE MAINS that if the question was wrong then the students giving that exam will be awarded the bonus marks for that question. See it is given as the student who have done it wrong might get the question wrong due to it's mistake and the student who didn't attempt it would have skipped that one due to it's mistake. That's why every student is awarded with that exam. So yes it will be awarded in the April session also.

The cut off for admission in AIIMS, Bhopal was a rank of 13,311 and 95.3772034 percentile in 2017 for the ST category. Considering this you would require a rank and percentile around this range atleast for a fair chance of admission here.
