Few of the companies were 02 June Design studio, Abhishek Zaveri, AK Studio, Agni, Blackberrys, Bloomcraft Apparels, Boat Song, Charmboard  Deco De Trend, etc.The companies that visit the campus should match the eligibility criteria listed for registering to recruit NIFT students through their placement drive. This college offers a variety of courses that one can opt for. Great for those who want to explore, experience and do something out of the box. Amidst the cultural richness of Kolkata, this place offers you a whole new experience. Teachers are very experienced and help in every possible way.

If we go through overall then almost every institute holding equal job opportunities, career growth  etc.. but i recommended NIFT Hyderabad because Hyderabad city is well know as hand craft so i hope it is better place to explore yourself .

Since you're in your 1st year of your graduation, you have ample of time to prepare for CAT and other MBA entrance exams. You have to be focused towards your goal. CAT and other MBA exams mainly comprise of 3 sections which are Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation. You can strengthen your verbal abilities by reading newspapers, novels, magazines,etc. For Quants, you should start revising basic maths till class 10th. For LRDI, you can start solving questions by purchasing any book apt for these exams from the market or by using internet. These small practices can help you a lot in the future.

Yes you can apply for AMU but you will have less chances for getting admission in the subject related to english due to the marks don't worry there are other subjects too you can opt for good luck for the admission
