keam 2024 pharmacy rank 8199 category Dheevara (dv) any possibility to get bpharm course

Kanishka kaushikii 3rd Aug, 2024

Hello aspirant,
You belong to the Dheevara category, which is likely a reserved category, you have a better chance of securing a B.Pharm seat compared to general category candidates. However, a rank of 8199 might be on the borderline for government colleges.
You have a higher probability of securing a seat in private self-financing colleges. These colleges often have more seats available and the cutoffs are generally lower compared to government colleges.

I hope this information helps.

I have gotten admission on management seat in an engineering college in kerala.they are asking for data sheet of keam .I have not given any options for my first allotment and not paid 2000 for giving options.would I still get the datasheet?

Asmee Biswas 4th Aug, 2024

Hello Sugunan,

In Kerala's KEAM (Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical) admission process, the data sheet is typically required for the allotment process. If you have not paid the 2000 fee for giving options or provided any options for the 1st allotment, it's likely that your allotment status may not be processed as expected.

Heres what you can do:

1. Contact the College: Reach out to the engineering college where you have secured admission to explain your situation. They may provide guidance on how to proceed or whether there are any alternatives.

2. Contact KEAM Help Desk: Reach out to the KEAM admission help desk or the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) for clarification on whether you can still receive the data sheet and complete the process.

3. Check KEAM Portal: Log in to your KEAM account and check for any updates or instructions related to your admission status and the necessary documents.

Addressing the issue promptly will help ensure you meet all necessary requirements for your admission.

my rank is 12 k in keam will i get any good collage for b pharm? in less fees

Prachi Kumari 1st Aug, 2024

Hello,

With a rank of 12,000 in KEAM, you have a fair chance of securing a seat in a good college for B.Pharm, especially considering the lower competition for pharmacy courses compared to engineering courses. Here are some steps and options you can consider:

Government Colleges

Government colleges typically have lower fees and good infrastructure. Some of the government colleges offering B.Pharm in Kerala are:

  1. Government College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Thiruvananthapuram
  2. Government College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kozhikode

Self-Financing Colleges

There are several self-financing colleges that offer B.Pharm in Kerala. While these might have higher fees compared to government colleges, they still offer quality education. Some reputable self-financing colleges are:

  1. Amrita School of Pharmacy, Kochi
  2. Sree Krishna College of Pharmacy and Research Centre, Thiruvananthapuram
  3. Nehru College of Pharmacy, Thrissur
  4. Jamia Salafiya Pharmacy College, Malappuram

Steps to Take

  1. Participate in KEAM Counseling : Ensure you participate in the KEAM counseling process. This will help you secure a seat in one of the available colleges.
  2. Check Previous Year Cutoffs : Look at the previous year cutoffs for B.Pharm courses in various colleges to get an idea of where you might secure a seat.
  3. Consider Management Quota : If you are unable to secure a seat through the counseling process, consider applying through the management quota in self-financing colleges.
  4. Financial Aid and Scholarships : Check for any scholarships or financial aid options provided by the colleges or the government that can help reduce the fee burden.

Given your rank, you should be able to secure admission in a good college for B.Pharm in Kerala. Make sure to stay updated with the counseling schedules and prepare the necessary documents in advance.

Hope it helps you!

i am a non keralite can i upload minority certificate in keam and will i get any advantage after being a non keralite??

kumardurgesh1802 1st Aug, 2024

Hello Junaid,

As a non-Keralite, you generally cannot upload a minority certificate for KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) admissions, as minority status is usually applicable to residents of the state.

Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Uploading Minority Certificate:

The minority certificate is typically used by residents of Kerala. Non-Keralites usually cannot use this for advantage in KEAM.

  2. Non-Keralite Candidates:

Non-Keralite candidates are generally considered under the "Non-Keralite" category and are not eligible for the same benefits or quotas as Keralite candidates.

  3. Admission Process:

As a non-Keralite, you will be evaluated based on the general admission criteria for KEAM, and you should check the specific eligibility and admission requirements for non-Keralite candidates.

For accurate information, refer to the KEAM official website or contact their admission office.

If you have a valid score in KEAM exam and you are looking for colleges in which you can get admission then,

I would recommend you to use KEAM college predictor tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.
