Authorities will prepare the rank list by calculating the average marks secured in KEAM entrance test and class 12 in the ratio of 50:50, i.e equal weightage will be given to both score.

The candidate with higher marks in Mathematics KEAM 2020 will be placed higher.

with 279/300 marks in your intermediate you are eligible through their 10+2 cutoff but KEAM score  plays also an important role , as you didn't mention your rank so it will be quite difficult to predict your chances but still with your mention score your rank will go

No , NEET examination is not required for getting admission in bsc agriculture. Neet is required to get admission in only medical courses like mbbs, bhms, bams, bds etc dear.
