I don't think a mark of 158 will help you in getting a seat in CET, even if you have OBC reservation. And, what are your board marks? If those are really high, you may get a seat in CET. If not, chances are very less.

Yes you can prepare for PMT rather NEET in 11th. In fact it is best time to start your preparation. You should join a coaching and follow standard books as whole questions asked in NEET are from 11th and 12th.
