Most of the colleges in Kerala accept KEAM score and few vacant seats are filled through NATA only so please be specific with the college name where you want to get into.

Appear for CET of your state to get admissions in your state pharmacy colleges.
Based on that score you will be councilled further.
It seems there is some issue in his/her application form so you need to send the correct documents to the office of CEE on or before the specified deadline along with a printout of the Memo.
