If you are not a resident of India or if you have any first bloodline sponser who is non resident of India then yes, you can apply under NRI quota. You need to produce relevant documents for verification during counselling. However not all states have NRI quota reservation.

If you belong to general category then you have very skim aur nearly zero percent chances of getting a good college in Kerala for b.vsc course.

In my opinion you must take a drop and work hard to score more in order to qualify in the next attempt.
