Since you are from kerela so you will be counted in open state quota and thus getting CSE or any branch at banglore campus is tough at 13648 rank. You can try for other colleges too.

Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get an mbbs govt. College. So, with 440 marks you have less chances of getting mbbs seat under state quota also for obc category,
