BCA course we need at least 50% marks in 10+2 in any stream. So if you want to go for the course, then you are eligible for most of the colleges.

AS you have asked i want to inform you that no there is no chance of getting any clinical seat in md or ms in kerala or tamil nadu but yes there is chance og getting dnb in kerala.
MD/MS cutoff was around 12,000 for clinical seat through state counselling but you can try luck is always a possibility.

Yes for sure you can apply for kerala B.v.Sc Registration because there is no Domicile criteria is required for its registration. But make sure one thing is candidate must have appeared in NEET All India Entrance exam.
And Also AIPVT/VCI Counselling is compulsory which is conducted by NEET After Declaration Of result.
In Kerala BVSc the All India Quota Seats is Only 15% and State quota Seats is 85%.

Hope you are doing well . See, the cutoffs this year are expected to remain similar to last year's or may increase marginally. So, I'll firstly mention the cutoff score for a government medical college through Kerela state quota counselling for an SC category candidate post NEET-2020.
It was a score of 462 with a closing AIR of 120791. So with a score of 446,your chances of getting a government medical seat are meagre .Still you are advised to undergo the Counselling process properly till the last round and fill the choices of colleges properly .You can also try for government BDS or Ayush colleges , you have high chances of getting a seat .
