Hello,
Hope you are doing good.
At present, government and private colleges offer a total of 4105 MBBS seats in Kerala.
Generally, for SC category the NEET cut off is 40th percentile score around 146-113.
A ccording to the last year (2020)result of NEET UG ,General category aspirants need minimum 147 marks (50 percentile). On the other hand General-PH(129 Marks 45 percentile) and SC /OBC/ST requires 113 marks (40 percentile).
so,all in all you can safely secure admission to a good reputed government institution of Kerela for medical courses.
Basically, the Kerala 2021 NEET cutoff is used for admission to medical and dental colleges under the two quotas which are 15% All India Quota seats and 85% State Quota seats.

I hope this helps you.
Best wishes.
If we look into previous years' cut off. There's a pretty chance that you can get a seat in Kerala. If we talk about AIQ 15%, there is still some chance but mostly we can expect a seat for 600+.
With a Score of 572/720 in NEET, being from OBC Category, I believe you have fair chances in securing one of the Government Medical Colleges (GMC) in Kerala under 85% State Quota. Hence dont Drop. Yeah, incase youre targeting a seat in some AIIMS or Top National Medical Colleges or maybe JIPMER, you may give a Partial Drop. Besides pursuing first year in MBBS, you may parallely keep pace with NEET 2022 Preparation.
