You can definitely write exam for Kerala PSC if you have education qualification of graduation or above.
And are an Indian citizen
You must've Age Limit from 21 – 35 years of age.
The Relaxation for SC and ST period is for five years. For OBC 3 years.
You should possess graduate degree with at least 55% of the marks in any field from any of the University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State
Basic knowledge of Computer Application is required for the exam.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham also known as Amrita University is a private deemed University which is based in Coimbatore,India. It is a great but however, it is not Kerala PSC approved. The course certificate which you get from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is not approved directly by Kerala PSC.

Tamil Nadu open university is obviously approved by Kerala PSC and even Tamil Nadu University is approved by Kerala PSC. IGNOU distance B. Ed programme is recognised by Kerala PSC. Other Distance B. Ed programmes are not recognised by Kerala Public Service Commission. Otherwise minimum 45% - 50% in Class 12 and graduation is the selection criteria.
It has most of the good faculties and well established infrastructure.

Yes, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is a recognized institute and Degree obtained from the college is valid. You can apply for Kerala State PSC Entrance Examination. You have to check the education qualification requirements, age criteria and additional requirements before applying for a post and apply for the entrance examination if you fulfill the eligibility criteria.
The course certificate from Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham is not directly approved by Kerala PSC. You need to get an equivalence certificate from Kerala University.
To get an equivalence certificate from Kerala University you need to submit the course certificate and mark lists to Kerala University academic section at Palayam, Thiruvanathapuram. They will issue the equivalence certificate stating that course from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in specialisation is equivalent to that from University of Kerala’. It won’t take too much time to get it issued. May be 2 or 3 days, or max a week. This equivalence certificate is accepted in Kerala PSC .
If you are a domicile of Kerala then surely you will be eligible for Kerala PSC exam.
Also, make sure that you have knowledge of Malayalam which is the official language of the state.
Qualification from a recognized university from anywhere in the country will make you eligible for Kerala PSC exam.
Also, someone who is graduated from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will be eligible for Kerala PSC exam after approving certificate. Since the university is recognized by UGC and Ministry of HRD,Govt which makes it a recognized university among all over in India. The HRD Ministry’s Panel Report (2010) on Deemed Universities has graded Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham in Category ‘A’.
Kerala PSC accepts degree certificates earned through distance education mode. However, Kerala PSC accepts degree certificate obtained through the distance mode of education from UGC approved Universities only.
