Eligibility requirements

A bachelors degree (10+2+3 OR 10+2+4) in any discipline from a recognized university,

with not less than 50% overall aggregate marks. Students appearing for the final year

examination may also apply.

Admission test scores of one of the below tests

CAT/XAT CMAT/GMAT/MAT

Admission Process

All eligible shortlisted candidates based on applicants profile will be called for

admission process to be held at several centers across India as mentioned in the

application form. Interviews over SKYPE could also be arranged on request.

Selected students will be intimated by email/phone/mobile.

Criteria to Offer Admission

 

KIAMS does profile based selection where we consider their academic performance,

competitive exam score and performance in the group discussion/ extempore & personal

interview.

Consistent Academic Performance (10th, 12th and Graduation Scores) : 30%

Competitive examination (CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT scores) : 25%

Group Discussion/Extempore, Personal Interview : 45%

Admission would be offered if the cumulative score is 70% and above

KIAMS provides reservation or the scholarship? What was the average package last year?

Scholarship is awarded to meritorious students as follows:

Students from CAT/ XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT entrance exams having 95 percentile and above are eligible for a concession of Rs. 1,00,000/- in the total course fee. Students from CAT/ XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT entrance exams having 90 up to 95 percentile and above are eligible for a concession of Rs. 60,000/- in the total course fee. The concession will be applied from the sixth installment of the fees, and will be linked to

academic and behavioral performance during the PGDM course. It will be disbursed as

follows:

 

Those eligible for Rs. 1,00,000/- concession will receive a rebate in sixth Installment

provided the previous 3 semesters GPA/ CGPA is 3.50 or more, and there are no disciplinary issues till the installment date. Those eligible for Rs. 60,000/- concession will receive a rebate in sixth Installment

provided the previous 3 semesters GPA/ CGPA is 3.20 or more, and there are no disciplinary issues till the installment date.

 

Highest Salary : 6.25 lakhs per annum

Average Salary : 5.10 lakhs per annum

 

Median Salary : 5.00 lakhs per annum

Hi Mona! As per the eligibility criteria of Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies (KIAMS), applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Final year graduation students are also eligible to apply.

Following are the MBA entrance exams considered by KIAMS:

What is the cat/mat/cmat/xat cutoff for kiams Pune?

Hello,
Kiams pune required somewhere around 70 percentile in cat and 60 percentile in May.
In cmat you neee somewhere around 70 percentile.
It doesn't required much in terms of comparison with other top b schools.
