You are a bit late as a person should be stydying in B.SC first year to apply for KVPY. In your case, you are not eligible to apply for the same as  you have already cleared the B.SC first year. To know more, check KVPY eligibility criteria

To be eligible for KVPY SA, You need have the qualified percentage in aggregate in Maths and science subjects. It means your Math & Science Subjects when combined should be 75% or 65% (for SC/ST/PWD) not individual in each subject.

KVPY exam (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna) is a National level examination. It is conducted under three streams namely SA, SX and SB.
Students who have enrolled themselves in 11th, 12th and first year of graduation (Science subjects) can apply for KVPY 2018 under SA, SX and SB streams, respectively.
