First you need to understand the various aspects of eligibility criteria for KVPY.

A ge Criteria :
The minimum age required to apply for SA stream is 16 years. The lower age limit for SX stream is 17 years and for SB stream one must be 18 years old.

KVPY is an exam whose syllabus is similar with syllabus of JEE so i suggest you stay preparing for JEE and along with it you have to do some extra things to clear KVPY. For KVPY first go through previous year and analyze the whole pattern of question

No you are not eligible because for a candidate to be eligible for KVPY the candidate needs Aggregate 75% (65% for SC/ST/PWD) in Maths and science subjects in class 10th exams. Please click the below link to know more.

Surely . You can get admission in IISER through JEE MAINS , KVPY OR SCB. You can give any one exam , and if you qualify you will get admission in IISER. You just have to fullfill the eligibility criteria to qualify the exam KVPY/SCB.

Yes you are eligible to give KVPY SX exam this year as the minimum qualification required is class 12 Students and the aggregate required is Aggregate 75% (65% for SC/ST/PWD) in Maths and science subjects in class 10th exams. But next year if you want to give KVPY exam
