HI , 

NO you can't take up for SX stream but surely you can take up KVPY for SB stream . 

Those students who have completed 11th or equivalent stream with minimum 75% aggregate and are enrolled in 12th and willing to join Undergraduate for basic sciences in year 202-21

One cannot apply for IISER through KVPY channel without a rank. Can you specify from where you received the mail and share more details about it?

Someone don't need to prepare separately so much for KVPY Biology. You can easily extend the conceptual part of NEET preparation. The questions are not factual hence having a deep understanding of any topic is important.

Dear Kishan, you can give kvpy after 12 at first year of doing UG in science stream but you must have 60% marks in 12th science stream for general category and 50% marks for reserved category (sc/st/pwd).

According to the KVPY Eligibility Criteria 2019 you should be studying in the 1st year of an undergraduate program in Basic Sciences (B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. Hi Krishna,

You can apply for the SB stream in KVPY 2019. Alongside, you must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the 10+2 examination.

However, you need to take admission in UG course for claiming the scholarship.

For SA stream: You must have secured a minimum aggregate of 75% marks 10th standard.

For SB stream: You must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in 10+2 examination.

For SX stream: You should have studied Mathematics and Science and secured a minimum aggregate of 75%
