If I passed class 12exam in May 2018 with a score of 68%.Am I eligible to apply for kvpy in July 2019.I haven't join any college still??

According to the KVPY Eligibility Criteria 2019 you should be studying in the 1st year of an undergraduate program in Basic Sciences (B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S.) during the academic year 2019–20. If you manage filfill this, you may apply for KVPY 2019. For more information on KVPY eligibility criteria, click on the link provided above.
