Congrats on your Rank in AP EAMCET. You have not mentioned your Reservation Category, so I have taken it to be General Category. But, I'm afraid that your preferred College didn't have your Rank in their closing ranks in 2019. Below are some of the Colleges where your Rank was under their closing ranks in 2019:

• Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College, Tirupati.

At this rank it is very difficult to get free seat in KL University at this AP EAMCET rank. Your AP EAMCET rank is quite high to get free seat in KL University

The cut off for B pharmacy (MPC)  for the last round of counselling for BC-B category goes around 64369. The cut off by rank for the last round of counselling for  B Pharmacy (BiPC) for BC-B male goes around 10489.

If you have rank below 4k in AP EAMCET they can offer you seat in KLU for that you have to visit their college and talk to their principal or if you have appear for KLEEE exam which is conducted by the KLU then also they can offer in their college.

First of all congratulations for your result. You know that cutoffs change every year. But if we go through last year's cutoffs, then the closing rank for CSE in KL University lies around 7000 to 15000 rank and you have secured a rank 3478 which is really good. So based on the previous year data, you have fair chances of getting a seat in KL University. You may or may not get Computer Science branch but in other branches such as Electrical, Electronics you have good chances.

So, Yes you can take admission in kl University through ap eamcet.
