Kl university has not released the cut offs since 2019 so it is very difficult to say anything on this matter but 2.1k is good rank and you definitely have chances to get the cse branch over there.
In the worst case scenario you would get ece and it branch. Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
