The official website does not tell anything about the interview specifically. But being prepared does not hurt.The course itself is supposed o be foucsing on basics of the language.So i would recommend you to have answers to why you are interested in taking the course and basic background

Yes you can speak Hindi in Korean culture centre if you are not comfortable with any other language, there's no restriction but it's goid you try to speak in the language sonthat others can understand too.
