See, different universities have different way to admit students but Kurukshetra University takes admission on the basis of Merit i.e marks obtained in the last qualifying examination

There are total 180 seats at Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Also known as: KUK) for LLB course. Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is three-years (6 Semesters) full-time programme in Law department and is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI).

As per your profile I think you are talking about B. A LLB Course. Last year, due to COVID-19 pandemic, Kurukshetra University did not conduct the entrance exam to shortlist candidates, The admissions were completely based on merit scores of the qualifying examination.
