The eligibility criteria required for pursuing PG diploma in in embryology is that a candidate should have passed graduation degree in the required subjects with a minimum passing percentage. 60% in 10+2 examination as well. You will have to appear for entrance exam as well, which may be held at the university level or the national level.

Nowdays there is no job as such that is good for male or good for female.Nowdays jobs comes for both male and female.However BSC in MLT is quite a good career choice.Candidates can work as Medical Laboratory Technician, Clinical Laboratory Technician, Phlebotomist, Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Medical Laboratory Technologist, Lab Technologist, Biochemist, Medical Phlebotomist etc. Job opportunities are quite good in this line.

If you wants to take admission bachelor of  Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)  .

Eligibility Criteria

You must Qualified 10+2 with science stream in high school with Minimum Marks Required Aggregate: 50% to 60% varies from college to college with science as a mandatory subject and some of colleges have age criteria for admission .

Admission Processes

It is based on Entrance test conducted by different colleges and Various state and government colleges conduct their own entrance test  .

Thank you for your query. I am sorry to say that you will not be able to do an UG Course for being  a Lab Technician but as you have done a Bachelor of Engineering you will be eligible for a masters course the list  are as follows:

  • Msc Medical Laboratory Technology
  • Msc Medical Imaging Technology
  • Msc X-Ray Technology
  • Msc ECG and CVT
  • Duration: 1 to 2years
