There are above 60 colleges in India providing this course.

The Savitribai Phule Pune University offers courses in German language. The durations of the diploma courses are as follows-
Intensive Diploma : 4 Months (twice a year)
Advanced Diploma : 1 Year
Special Diploma in German Translation : 1 Year
Special Diploma in Commercial German: 1 Year

Does JNU provide diploma in French or German language? I am a graduated student (Bcom hons) from Calcutta University . If no , then please suggest a good University or institute which can provide diploma in French or in German language.

C++ is a very interesting language to learn in order to get hands on c++ you should start learning it from YouTube or any other means. Then practice it on dev++ etc. For book you can refer yashwant kanetkar it is one of the best book for semesters.
